Do the modules in order
Modules 0, 1, and 2 are the foundation. Without them, the rest practices are just tips. With them, everything makes sense.
Write in the reflection boxes
The transformation comes from doing, not just reading. Your answers are saved automatically in your browser so you can always come back.
Take the quizzes seriously
They are short and they help you retain what you learn. If you get something wrong, the explanation will show you why the right answer works.
Come back at your own pace
One module at a time is enough. This dashboard shows you where you left off. No need to rush through it all at once.
Download your answers
At the end of key modules you can download your reflections and your rest plan as a PDF to keep and refer back to.
One change at a time
You will be asked to commit to one practice at a time, not ten. That is intentional. Small, real changes work. Overwhelm does not.
