Course overview
This page is the syllabus. It describes what each module teaches, what you practise, and what you write. Read it before you begin, or come back whenever you want to know what is ahead.
Two places you will use every day
Lessons are read once. Exercises run for days or weeks afterwards, which is why they have their own dashboard.
Twelve modules, taken in order. Each one opens only when you have marked the previous lesson complete, because the later material assumes the earlier material. Marking a lesson complete never means you have finished its exercises: those carry on at their own pace, and the Homework dashboard keeps track of them.
Everything you write is saved automatically as you type. Nothing is ever marked finished on your behalf. You decide when a reflection or a practice is done, and you can reopen or reset anything at any time.
